Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit small and shouldn't be offered to guests; they became very warm even with the air conditioning on high, and there was also a smell of sewage. I would have expected better toiletries. On the bright side, the location was superb, right next to the tram station, making it super convenient to get to anywhere in central Dublin. However, the dining experience was chaotic and disorganized with unfriendly, unhelpful staff. Despite this, the staff, especially the young fella who checked us in, were so polite and couldn't do enough. The hotel was also close to the 3 Arena, which was a plus.
My stay at the hotel was overall very good. The room, although spacious and clean, became very warm even with the air conditioning on high, and there was a faint smell of sewage at times. The location was perfect for concerts and sightseeing, being right next to the river Liffey and close to the city. The dining experience had its flaws with almost cold food, but improvements were being made. Despite some shortcomings, it was a pleasant stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was great for attending a concert at the 3Arena and exploring Dublin's Temple Bar area, although a bit more reception staff could have helped during busy periods. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but the tiny space and malfunctioning Chrome Cast were disappointing. The service had its ups and downs, with some helpful staff but also a surprising discovery that led to a room change. The dining experience was mostly good, with some standout dishes but overpriced coffee. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel offers excellent rooms with very comfortable beds and a great shower. The cleanliness is top-notch, but the provision of only one bottle of water may be insufficient. The service, while efficient during breakfast with protective gear, seemed somewhat rude during check-out. The location is good for business needs but slightly far from the city center. The dining options, though good, could be pricey given the base room rate. The hotel has decent facilities, though some room for improvement exists in certain areas.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was fabulous, very spacious, clean, and suitable for wheelchair access. The Luas stop right outside made it super convenient to explore the city. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. The location was ideal for a concert at the 3 Arena with the Luas stop right outside. However, the dining experience was disappointing, with cold food and overpricing.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was very spacious and wheelchair accessible, making it super convenient. The Luas stop right outside was a bonus for exploring the city easily. The best part was the incredibly comfortable bed that gave me the best night's sleep before heading to the 3 Arena.
When I arrived at the hotel, I found the rooms to be spotlessly clean, and the bathroom facilities were superbly maintained. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, which was fantastic. However, they were a bit small. The service was exceptional, especially considering they were dealing with a crowd from the Ed Sheeran concert. The location was convenient with the Luas close by, making it handy for getting around. The dining options were decent, although there wasn't much choice available. Overall, I had a pleasant stay despite some minor drawbacks.
The hotel was superbly located, close to the convention center and city center. The rooms had everything I needed, and the bed was super comfy, though they weren't ready at 3pm. The service was fantastic, with very friendly and attentive staff. The location was great for me, being in a buzzy area on the redeveloped docklands, but a bit away from other attractions. Dining was disappointing with limited options and overpriced food. Overall, a comfortable stay marred by dining issues.
Upon arrival, the rooms were impressively clean, and the bathroom facilities were well-stocked and tidy. Unfortunately, there was the inconvenience of not being able to reach reception during the stay. The view outside faced construction workers who could see directly into the room, and the 'courtyard' was lacking in natural light.
The hotel's location is perfect, especially if you're attending an event at the 3Arena or need convenient access to Dublin City Centre. The rooms, though beautifully furnished, were a bit small for three adults with limited space for luggage. The dining experience had room for improvement but was saved by the vast food options. The facilities were adequate, and the value for money was reasonable.
The hotel is ideally located right beside the river Liffey, making it super convenient to explore central Dublin. The rooms were clean, fresh, and tidy, though they seemed more like ordinary doubles than king executive. The staff were incredibly friendly and even overheard us discussing leaving our bags in the city center, promptly arranging alternatives when needed. The dining experience was somewhat mixed, with tasty sandwiches but disappointing limited breakfast options. Overall, a convenient stay with some room for improvement in certain areas.
The hotel had modern rooms of good quality, but a bit small for three people with suitcases. The toiletries could have been better. Unfortunately, the rooms were not ready for check-in at 5 pm, which was unexpected.
I had the best night's sleep on the comfiest bed in this hotel. The room was tiny, barely enough room to walk between the beds, and unfortunately, the Chrome cast didn't work, and the staff couldn't fix it. On the upside, the room was cleaned well, but the tea, coffee, and milk weren't refilled during my stay.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was super friendly. However, there were some areas that could be improved, like the size of the rooms and the dining options. The location was great, especially for attending events at the 3Arena, and the facilities were excellent.
The hotel is situated a bit further out than we preferred, but it offers a convenient online check-in service. The room faced a dull 'courtyard' with no greenery, and we encountered some noise disturbances. The service was friendly overall, despite some issues with cleanliness oversight. The dining experience was decent, with minor hiccups in service.
